- Paracetamol Injection belongs to the group of mild analgesics (pain killer), and antipyretic (fever-reducing agent) used to treat mild to moderate pain including headache, migraine, toothache, menstrual period pain, osteoarthritis pain, musculoskeletal pain, and reducing fever.
